Background
Päivi is a young woman of the Lumi-väki (Lossoth) people of Forochel. Although her home is that of the trading village of Kauppa-kohta, she travels so frequently amongst the other villages that she considers the whole of the realm her home. She trades meats and furs and is fond of traditional jewelry.
She is skilled with the spear as her main tool; for fishing, hunting, and on occasion, defending herself. Though the times have been scarce, she has gone into the realm of Evendim to trade with the people of Ost Forod. She has been set upon by robbers before and is not afraid to fight back to protect her wares.
Though the Susi-väki (Gauredain) grow bolder and more dangerous in her home-lands just as well, she is not deterred from contributing her share to the villages. As the shadow of Angmar looms ever darker over her home, her routes are marked by secrecy and speed, and she does not linger long in one place.
- Päivi can speak fluently in the tongue of the Lossoth. Her Westron is stronger than many of her people due to her relationship with those of Evendim. It is still marked with a heavy accent.
- Päivi is oft found dressed in heavy furs and cloaks, regardless of where she is.
- She carries always a spear and javelin with shafts of wood, and spearheads of bone tied with leather cords.
