Braigaer bears the striking, ethereal beauty of the Teleri, with windblown black locks and deep, stormy grey eyes that often look as though she is lost in a daydream. Unlike the pristine Elves of Rivendell or Lothlórien, she bears the physical marks of her devotion to the sea: her cheeks are dusted with golden freckles, her skin is tinted from centuries in the sun, and her hands are deeply weathered from hauling lines and shaping wood. Her coral lips are often chapped by the salt breeze.
She dresses with a blend of practical maritime utility and Elven elegance. She favors structured garments made of heavy, durable linen—often in deep ceruleans, oceanic blues, and purples. Her tunics and coats feature the high, structured collars traditional to Elven fashion, designed to protect her neck from biting ocean winds. Upon her head, she wears her signature crown woven from dried seaweed and seashells. In the bitter cold, she dons a thick cloak fashioned entirely from the shed feathers of gulls.

Background
Braigaer’s origins are older and more tragic than most in Middle-earth realize. She was born in Avallónë, the easternmost city of Tol Eressëa, in the days when the seas were straight and mortal Men could still gaze upon its shores. Her father was a master shipbuilder, and her mother a merchant of the seas. She practically grew up on the decks of the magnificent Telerin ships

However, during the great cataclysm at the end of the Second Age—when Númenor fell and the world was made round—the seas were thrown into chaos. It was during this Breaking of the World that her parents were lost to the deep. Braigaer found herself on the shores of Middle-earth, separated from her home across the now-bent seas. For an entire Age, she has sailed the western coasts from Mithlond down to the Bay of Belfalas, documenting her solitary travels in small leather-bound diaries, a silent watcher of a changing world.
