Derenhir comes from the far away land of Dale. He was raised by his aunt till the age of 9. After the age of 9. He left Dale after a ''sad'' incident. As he arrived in Bree, hungry, poor and sad...he was found by an old man who lived alone in Bree, after his wife died. He took Derenhir and raised him as his son, teaching him how to play the harp and the flute.

                 After 10 years when Derenhir became an adult, his adoptive father died of age. So again Derenhir was left alone. He plays music in the Prancing Pony earning some money, so he can survive. After many years of playing music day by day and night by night, he found out that his adoptive father left him all he had, including a house, money and many diffrent other objects.

                 So now you can find Derenhir in the Prancing Pony playing with diffrent bards or just playing alone...
