Background
A Noldor Wanderer born in Valinor, has lived in Middle-Earth for much of of his life and does not wish to sail West until it can be certain that Middle-Earth is safe for all peoples.
For many a summer he spends his time tasting wine, sewing beneath the moonlight, wandering amidst starlit shores and even keeping an eye on curious Hobbits every few centuries.
He can oft be found in various wilds of the world, or in Imladris itself.
