| Outward Appearance | Being a typical Rohirrim, Eorran has dark blonde hair which make his skin seem paler than it is and contrast with his bright blue eyes. A small scar runs across his right cheek, but its usually covered by a strand of hair. Having lived for many years away from Rohan, he has grown a habit of shaving and thus his facial hair rarely grow more than stubble. His stature is normal for a man his age. Not very tall, nor short. After years of combat he has grown stronger than he was when he first joined the Rohirrim. He usually walks with steady pace, despite the wound he had received in his left lower abdomen from an orc during the first Eregion Eored's journey to the Gap of Rohan. Being a practical man, Eorran is not one to stick to one armor. Depending on his mission, he wears appropriate attire. For his scouting missions he usually wears an olive Rohirric tunic with brown leather accents, a set of light bracers, one of which holsters a knife, and regular leather boots. For less stealthy missions, Eorran has used a number of armors. From light leather with chainmail, to heavy leather breastplate, metal breastplate and even scale armor. |

Background
Eorran is a son of two worlds. His father, Bearon, was but a common Rohirrim rider in the King's Eored when he met his mother, Meladia -a daughter of a Knight of Gondor. Soon they were married and settled in the Westfold, where Eorran was finally born.
As a young boy, Eorran loved listening to his father's tales of wartime and battles. Many a times he asked his father to let him wield his sword. Only when he was 16 winters old and he decided to seek his fate in the King's army, was he allowed to take it.
As much as he loved to seek his fortune as a rider of the King's army, he decided that exploring the land was more appealing to him. Eventually he reached Bree, where he met with Ileen, an officer of the Rohirrim Eored in Eregion and thus he managed to hit two birds with one stone.
Being admited to the army taught him a lot about survival, combat, tactics and riding. During his time in Eregion he had several horses, but only one became his true match. Etheon, he called it. A horse of both strength and intelligence. It was that intelligence that saved Eorran many a times, especially during the march of the Eregion Eored under the command of Ehris.
During an ambush, Eorran was mortally wounded. Etheon having realized his rider was in need of aid, rode away from the battle carrying young Eorran to safety. A returning patrol from Stangard found both rider and horse and took both with them to their fort. There Eorran was nurtured back to life. As a for of thanks, Eorran joined Stanric's garrison as one of their own, carrying the name not with disgrace -as were many who found themselves there- but with honor.
Due to the low supplies of the Stangard fort, Stanric decided to send riders to Edoras, Westemnet and Eastemnet. Eorran was one of the three riders that volunteered. The group was ambushed just as they were to cross into Rohan. Two of the messangers died and Eorran was the only one to survive. Seeing as the road south was closed, he decided to head towards the only place he was certain that he would find help, Bree Land in Eriador.
Riding hard for days and nights on his faithful steed, Etheon, he reached the base of the riders of Riddermark in Eregion. There he offered the letter to the new Commander of the Eored, Joylil who advised him to talk to Captain Auerdan.
Having informed the Captain of the fate of Stangard, Eorran was assigned the task to muster all the Rohirrim, supplies and horses available in Bree land in order to send reinforcements. Many came and with that, the young Rohirrim saw hope for his fellow soldiers in the Great River plains.
The travel was harsh and unforgiving. Many times the young man found himself facing certain death, but never yielded. He rode proudly among his peers led by Captain Auerdan and Ceobrand, a veteran warrior turned farmer, turned Captain of the Oath riders.
During the ride of the Rohirrim southwards, Eorran and Kennia came close, spending most of their time together, although Eorran tried to hide it in fear that attachments could lead to mistakes and possibly death. During a snow storm in Caradhras, Ceobrand was wounded, the Eored was split up and Eorran found himself as a leader of men and women lost in the blizzard. Believing that the people lost were still alive, he assembled a team and set forth to the rescue. The reunion revealed to Eorran that Kennia was pregnant with his child. These news brought the couple closer together and solidified their relationship.
Time passed and after many adventures the Eriador Eored reached Stangard, only to find it fully manned with men from Edoras, men who looked at the new arrivals as if they were unwanted. Something was wrong...
