Floradine was found by Glenwins mother in the Shire near the Brandywine bridge when she was only a suckling. After Glenwins family could not find her parents and could not find someone who would care for the baby Glenwins mother decided she would take care of her herself. Glenwins mother gave the child her name, Floradine. This tale is told in the “Connections”-stories. These stories begin here: Connections.

At the age of 12 she gave herself the family-name “Rosebud”. Many years later -just recently and only by chance- she met her brother Roldic who came from Enedwaith to the Shire to seek for his long lost sister. After they got to know each other a little Floradine, Roldic and Glenwin went on a journey to Enedwaith where Floradine finally met her real mother. Today Floradine is at the age of 30 years. Floradine loves to play music and she can play many instruments. She likes to make up her own lyrics to well known songs and plays them in Bree or at Ales and Tales. To make her a living she works on the fields in Hobbiton. Her mother and her brother moved to her into the Shire and now live in the house next door.
