Eren Nimrais Heights rise up to the clouds protecting the Northern reaches of Gondor. The southern face of These white mountains give way to rolling foothills of Morthond, A fief of Northern Gondor.  The river Morthond emerges from the mountains as a great waterfall into the Vale of Erech as it cuts it’s relentless path to the sea.

On the banks of this river is built Sarn Erech. A town that holds the power of the region...for here is the fortress Morthondost overlooking the town. The home of the prince.

Merchants and shopkeepers hurry about the town square buying and selling wares that arrive along the river road. This well maintained route passes across a stone bridge where the Toll barrier is sited....none enter The town for free.

To the south the vast fields of arable farm are visible as far as the eye can see, a multitude of farmers settled over generations tend and develop these lands ...

It is in one of these farms  the story of Mugendo began....................
