Rivendell

Rivendell has proven to be a great place to escape to for a while.  After  confronting Neyaa a few days ago, I was ready for a trip.  Things have been messes up with Neyaa for a little while.  I miss being her friend, but it is my own fault.  Perhaps I'll tell you why someday, but I do not feel the want to record it down now.  I just wish Neyaa could forgive me someday, though I know she never will and I cannot blame her.  On the bright side, I received word from a man who I showed mercy to.

The final days here in the Elven valley fly by, we visit our ponies while making final preparations, Scrumpy seemed very happy and eager, I guess like me it has been quite restful for him. Though as lovely as it is to be here, I long to be home and see the Shire again, the simple things in life really do come to mind when they are not present. I like my routine, and I like gravy, two things that have been quite absent on this trip.

My excitement can scarcely be contained as we pass through the gates of Imladris the sun is rising over the peeks and shards of morning light pierce the leaves of the trees. A fresh gentle inviting breeze graces our faces as we make our descent down into the hidden vale.

Dear Mother and Father,

These past few weeks have been so exciting! Lina organised a secret journey for anyone who wanted to visit a certain hobbit on his birthday, so we all gathered in Stock the middle of the night, so no one would catch us. I was quite surprised at how many hobbits turned up! I don't think we can keep our secret journey very secret for long if so many hobbits know of it!
