On the run.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

The Journey began at Bree, Dalgaroth leaving everything except his one true love, Elswynn behind... All of the fighting and shouting, people judging him and attacking him...

From Bree it was a long journey, they travelled so far that Dalgaroth was drifting to sleep on his own horse... just before they got to Celondim... Oh what a sight it was... Plumb coloured leaves glide down, spinning gently as they hit the leaf bed below... Elves singing and dancing, working their hearts out by the riverside...

Prelude: Heritage

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

The coldest of winds had long been ravaging the land of Nevrast. It was not uncommon for the heather-lands to be beset by such a thing; being a land encircled by ocean and mountain. The Ered Wethrin lay to the South, cutting off Beleriand, Ered Lómin to the North and Belegaer to the West. Yet there was a terrible chill to the winds in recent times, some lingering memory, a malice, seemed to be borne upon the very airs. No burning heat fell upon the land of Beleriand, no silver shimmer of the moon rising high; for this was still before the creation of such things.

The Library of Elrond

Well, I was recently at Imladris, revising some lore and what-not that I required. I just could not keep myself from admiring the sanctity of Lord Elrond's Library! It is surely one of the marvels of our time.

The Fall of Gil-galad

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Gil-galad was an Elven-king.
Of him the harpers sadly sing:
the last whose realm was fair and free
between the Mountains and the Sea.

His sword was long, his lance was keen,
his shining helm afar was seen;
the countless stars of heaven's field
were mirrored in his silver shield.

But long ago he rode away,
and where he dwelleth none can say;

Lothlorien's security is first and foremost my priority, along witht he safety of Imladris, Falathlorn, Mirkwood and any other Elven Settlement. But, as you can see here, appearances can be deceitfull. For high in the treetops, lie my bretheren; ready to fire upon any who do not have the permission of The Lady, or the Light of Good.

Mirkwood's Borders

Mirkwood was where I was sent recently, for two weeks; by the Lady Galadriel, to speak to Lord Thranduil and offer aid if needed. I was in my boat, searching the coast for Dol Guldur's Servants, and I was amazed that, even in death, Mirkwood is magnificent.
