Daerundros

The Hunt for Randir - "Gift"

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

On sprinted the Noldo-maiden toward the Camp of Ruidhriel. Her true intent known to none but herself, she smiled in the rising light. Dawn broke freshly over the threshold of the red-coloured stones of Sirannon, the rocky hills and tall gargantuan boulders towering over the small, slender, yet rather broad-shouldered figure who was sprinting at her own balanced pace towards the discoloured and worn tent of Ruinedhriel. She could see the smoke from the campfire wafting over the red sky of Hollin, and finally her feet came to a stop before Ruidhriel.

The Hunt for Randir - "Healing of Hurts"

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Minyelaire's hand reached into the grey fur of Radbug. What a good companion he was. His nose had led her right where she wanted to go. Her blood-red lips set a slight kiss on the beasts snout, whose tail swings from one side to the other. The Avar can make out Daerundros, to her surprise Nimlith... but where is the ranger?

The Hunt for Randir - "Taking Action"

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

In slow motion, Daerundros beheld the chaos-of-an-argument happening before her. Her eyes flicked towards her counterpart Minyelaírë as her left hand shot up to the small and readied hand crossbow on her side. With a swift movement, less than a second, she had fired it. Amlarad staggered as the bolt cleanly penetrated his thigh. He grimaced in severe pain and doubled over, helpless on the snow.

Daerundros carries an injured Amlarad piggyback, his injury to momentarily rendering him incapable of walking. She struggles visibly with his massive stature, but nonetheless she manages to carry him until he walks on his own.

Bad, bad Line Art done by me. I got flashes of inspiration after that funny RP scene where Daerundros actually DID carry him some distance like this. There's a story upcoming about how it happened, but we can all guess who's fault it is that Amlarad had to be carried like that :P

The Hunt for Randir - "Confrontation"

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Minyelaire kept her hood down in her face. She stood rather relaxed there before him, like a crimson figure, a wraith of dread, light reflects on her from the snow, ltting her glow in a terribly light. Daerundros, in her horror, looked down to see her fallen companion being cornered by the hooded face. Amlarad slowed his breathing and slid his gaze down his blade, aimed squarely from afar at her crimson chest. No! In haste Daerundros jumped down hurriedly and landed lightly on her feet, losing her balance.

"Welcome Home, Minyelaírë"

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Daerundros looked and breathed out a sigh of relief as she stood at the edges of the forest. The golden sand was slowly dissipating, to be replaced by a lush green grass and bushes of strange, exotic plants. Daerundros' curious eyes flicked to and fro merrily, trying to capture the detail within her memories. Beside her, Arivien and Vardarianna, looking as equally as curious, and in lightning-fast movement Daerundros reached for parchment and charcoal deep within her pockets, to capture the scene before her.

A Rose Amongst the Grey Hills

To her great surprise, Daerundros found a Rose amongst the barren emptiness of the edges of the Grey Hills. Here the trees are dead, but a hope flourishes within in the form of a rose.

OOC: Speed-paint used with DeviantART Muro. Took around 30 mins.

Glare - Colored

OOC: *Drumroll* Coloured! Well, colouring was fun but odd at the same time. Doesn't feel very good to be working with pencils and all. I think it could do better, but it's all right in my books. Practice practice practice!

The maiden's eyes when they glare at you.

OOC: Currently work in progress, but for some reason drawing eyes has always come across as easy to me. Shading was the harder part, but I'm reasonably pleased with the way it turned out. Currently trying to colour it correspondingly.

Móolpâr had so foolishly decided to follow Daerundros, and found that what he had gotten himself into was rather embarassing...
