Among the Dwarves

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

So much has happened since that night I was kidnapped to Bree. I finally got back to the Shire only to begin having nightmares - dark men in shadows coming after me, things like that. But the worst were the spiders. I've always hated the things, but after my thankfully brief encounters with them in Bree, I'd had more than enough adventuring (against my will, I might add) for a lifetime. Working in Michel Delving allowed me to put my heinous experiences behind me, but it was a slow process.

Just outside the road leading into Thorin's Hall. That's Fleuricia behind me. She was perfectly warm; I, however, had to buy some new clothing to handle the frigid mountians.

Who is this, I wonder? Some great dwarven king looking out over his lands? Perhaps merely a great protector of Thorin's Hall, forevermore guarding the courtyard square in which he's been placed.

Dear Helvari,

I attended a market not so long ago in Ered Luin, I was able to sell a large number of ores from the family vault here and amass a fair few coin. I have sent some ahead of me with a waggon heading your way. I trust that it will help keep the estate well preserved. I look forward to seeing the library that Helfór spoke fondly regarding when I too was young.

I trust that you are all well. My troubling dreams continue, please keep an eye on Helfór - though I dare say he keeps his eye on you also!

Back to the Blue

Dear Helvari,

In light of recent events, increased goblin and orc activity, and my suspicion that a dark askâdul figure may be targeting our kin, I decided to return to the Blue Mountains.
We only have one guard at the old home now, and since it is only myself there, I feel one is plenty. The rest of the kin's ushmur remain with you in Erebor or on their way to join you. I trust that they will be well received.

I must admit that I am troubled by strange dreams of late, I trust that Helfór is well?

"We could leave everything behind. We could just run. Live by ourselves, the dream of us we never achieved. We could live alone in these forests, raise a child to be better than either of us. It would be paradise."

"... Do you mean that?"
