Lossoth

Forochel Journal Epilogue

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

After I had escaped from the Angmarim, things went more quickly, much less excitement. Eventually I made it to the Lossoth city of Suri-kyla.

Forochel Journal Entry 2

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

I awoke this morning to a crisp chill in the air. It wasn’t quite as cold as yesterday, and I decided to go hunting, as my food supply had begun to dwindle. As I moved throughout the vale, I found tracks of elk, moose, wolverines, wolves, and even some wargs. I trapped two wolverines in traps I had set, and shot a thirty-point buck, as well as an unexpected encounter with a wolf.

Overview of Forodwaith

The northern most extremity of Middle Earths lands is known to folk of the southerly climes as The Northern Wastes, which is Forodwaith in the Elven tongue. In the Folklore of the West lands Forodwaith is imagined to be one vast, pathless, ice-covered plain; travellers who actually venture into its expanse soon discover that it is neither flat nor as featureless as tales would have them believe.

Going Mad With Regrets

I have never lost my temper like this... Not for a long time at least. We were trying to sort out the fate of the child... When I say we, I mean me and Mayrin. Damn that woman... I messed up is merely an understatement... If I could take back what I have done, I would have. Hells, I'd even become a slave again to take that back. I'd walk to Mordor even... Anything.

Blood in the Snow

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Teuvo carefully picked his way down the steep slope of the valley. Fresh powdered snow had been deposited during the night in knee deep drifts which made finding foot holds difficult. Using the shaft of his spear he probed the ground in front, checking for solid ground. On his back he carried a large pack with enough provisions for the next few days while the hunting party was away from the village. Winter had made many of the valleys impassable, deep drifts and biting winds blocked the ancient pathways used by the Lossoth.
