Background
Homeward Guard was created by Bemia, receiving help from her childhood friend Luwyn and her husband Belegaran. The rumours of war are ever increasing by this time in the Third Age, therefore this organization is created.
Homeward Guard is not a permanent service such as the Bree Guard, this is a service meant for volunteers to help a hand in the society they live in. Think about ordinary folk with either a husband or wife with possibly having children and pets, most likely having a job as well. Yet this gives the opportunity for them to keep their Town safe and more importantly, keeping the people whom they love out of harm's way and safe. While still being close to their homes.
