A small notice written out in fine ink can be found throughout Minas Tirith. The parchment is of fine quality, but has been wrinkled by the grips of curious hands. The Soldier's Tier is abuzz with the news.

Come one, come all to join in the celebration of our very own First Lieutenant Eglanion, as he rises to the rank of Captain of the Garrison. All are welcome to partake in the feasting and merriment as we honor one of Minas Tirith's finest. For more information, please contact First Warden Landrem.

The event will begin at 3:00pm Servertime, and will be located in The Blue Theatre, the Players' Tier, Minas Tirith [66.5S, 19.8W]. Following the ceremony, the reception will be held in The Splintered Shield, found on the Southern end of the Soldiers' Tier [67.4S, 18.9W].
