Carria has returned! She returned to Everslade while I was away, and immediately set about fixing up the little village once again. I had missed her so very much! Her presence has made my currently dreary life, feel much less so.
She is repairing and decorating a MUCH larger infirmary for me. She showed it to me today, and I was moved to tears. Silly me. Crying in front of my baby sister. And Rhody. And...Seraden? I hope I recall correctly her name.
I stray off topic. There were so many beds in there! Much more than my little infirmary before. Perhaps I can finally begin to do something about this hole I appear to be stuck in these days.
I had to tell Master Dimheim that I would not be working at his infirmary. Carria wished for my help in Everslade and I could never tell her no to such a selfless request. I personally went to visit him. He was..not at all what I expected. He is clearly young, yet something about him gives one the feeling of being in the presence of an wise, elderly man. I am not sure if I can yet explain or describe accurately what he is. Perhaps another time.
He was polite and appeared understanding when I told him I could no longer be expected to work for him.

Carria spoke of bringing Mother to Bree! I have not seen her in entirely too many years. I cannot imagine..! My thoughts are a jumble. Goodnight.
