If one were to venture into a library in the vast halls of the Kingdom of Erebor, one may stumble upon an aged dwarf scholar who goes by the name of Dufr Stonebeard. Now, Dufr Stonebeard is a hunched over and very old looking dwarf who stands at four feet and five inches tall, while weighing roughly a wee bit more than twenty stone. The scholar's skin is rather pale, undoubtedly due to his prolonged time indoors. Dufr wears both his thick silver hair and his beard long and elaborately braided, and he changes the style he wears both his hair and his beard fairly often. Underneath the dwarf's wrinkled brow sits a pair of large, bushy eyebrows which rest above a pair of typically weary looking bright green eyes, with a rather bulbous nose between them. Dufr speaks with a booming bass-baritone voice with a thick Khuzdul accent. (One may think of the Jewish American comedian/actor Jackie Mason for an idea of Dufr's speaking voice and for his accent. Especially his role of Hyman Krustofsky from "the Simpsons.") Dufr can be seen wearing finely tailored dwarf-made clothing on an average day, which due to his ongoing weight gaining, he must have regularly tailored to fit his ever growing girth.
