Vanyariel, at that time serving under captain Beleros is sending light signals to a heavy númenórean war-ship (visible in the background).

The dwarves are afraid of the sea, and some of the Eldar avoid the shore.

They fear the desire that awakens once the calls of the seagulls are heard.

But there are some who are not afraid of Belegaer.

Glorendir and Vanyariel chat briefly about the pleasant day in the Ered Luin Market before saying farewell.

Vanyariel, Aeriaeth and one lady Tinnwen converse in the background while a dwarf whose acquaintance Glorendir did not have the pleasure of making has a look at the nearby stalls. 

Lady Nethaellas and lord Celebringon chat nearby while Master Havold shows Glorendir the fine drawing and writing supplies of his own making. He decides to take the opportunity and refill his depleted supplies, purchasing a pair of sturdy blank books and two sets of pens. The two agree to meet in a month's time to share a good drink and food aplenty!

As the sound of stalls being set up, and the chattering of elves and dwarves bargaining for the best prices overtook the area, Glorendir stood by the bridge at Duillond, greeting those newly arrived to the market. Right behind the three elves, Master Gwinglaer, the Lampwright, readies his goods. 

For the first time they saw the Dark Fortress from afar.

Reaching Thangulhad, they would try to get information, and maybe help.

Perhaps the Malledhrim had seen the pack of Orks.

The abomination is trying to reach the sky like a rotten tooth.

Foul branches try to grope the fog like misshapen fingers.
