Gwynedh, once upon a time, drew pain from herself to put into another with the cold cutting of a knife down her forearms. Poorly bandaged, her arms began to grow useless and it seemed that they would never heal, as no one would help an Angmarim witch such as she. Daerusc, in one act of kindness, took her scars from her with his own sort of magic. That night, he shed tears for her, very rare for a man of such stature and poise, and Gwyn knew that he did indeed love her.
