Tuesday, December 5th, 3019. Hullo again, journal. Due to my busy schedule as a popular and important country gentlehobbit, I have decided that I shall primarily write in this journal every Tuesday, safe for perhaps certain special occasions. In these entries I shall speak about the different occurrences of what had happened throughout my week. Now the most difficult part in writing these entries is how do I begin?

Alas the time has come to leave all that i withold dear... Dark tidings from the south urge me to say farewell...for now. When we last gathered in Rivendell, we talked and talked....i knew this was the last time il see my friends and allies for a long time. However I am atlast glad it wont affect the kinship or the alliance. I left the People of Shire in good hands.

The great Boar-hunt excursion of the Shire people has begun!

Paganita, a young Hobbit of extraordinary courage, had heard the great tale of the Boar-flank steak to end all Boar-flank steaks. This extraordinary meal could only be carved from the shoulder of a Boar so great and old it was rumoured to have been rooting around already when Dragons still roamed Middle-Earth.

The successful hunt was celebrated with some wine in the Hall of Fire, where we met an old Hobbit who promised to write down the story of our hunt - provided, that is, he finished his own story first.
