And once again, these two foes stood face to face.

The latest crime scene was revealed... At Dagramir's favourite place to spend his time... That fact alone was one to tear at his heart, but it didn't help that he knew the next victim personally... It was Francheska... The woman he had tried so desperately to save. She was placed in the middle of the ruins, looking as peaceful as ever, as if she was just asleep... But he knew once he saw the red face painted onto the wall, he had failed his task...

It was after his meeting with the 'Ripper', that Dagramir began to fear for those close to him... He tried everything in his power to keep them safe, and that's exactly what he thought he had done by taking Francheska to Combe, to hide her in a derelict house. Time passed, and Francheska was safe. He would regularly come to check up on her, at least twice a day, to get her food, supplies and anything she needed. But this was where he had made his second mistake... On his usual trip up, he frowns slightly, seeing the candle that was usually bright, rather dim.

Refusal

Dagramir had been lucky to gain this meeting, using his knowledge, he brokered  a quick deal with Mayrin, and managed to gain an audience with the one and only, 'Bree-town Ripper'... So there he stood, practically face to face with the man he had been hunting for so long... But he hadn't been prepared for what came next...

Defiance

Dagramir shakes his head, staying as physically determined as possible, he decides to leave his own mark on the crime scene. He moves forwards, heading for the door, he unsheathes his dagger, and would begin to carve into the door, a depiction of a coiled, hissing snake. He would take time in this, making his depiction as graphic as possible. Once he finished, he slices the word 'VIPER'  into the oak underneath it, then scores along the bottom of it, underlining it. He would then turn, hoping that the 'Bree-town Ripper' would get his message.
