It was the dim hope of another, better life that I saw in his eyes, when he revealed that he plans to go to Rivendell to gather his strength again.
I couldn't let him go again, never will I lose him again!
Didn't I give him a promise at our wedding? Here is the time to prove my words:
"You will have to get used to the fact, that I won't let you go without me. I will stay at your side and join you on your travel."

Rivendell is a wonderful place. Out of everything I have seen in my travels from Gondor to Eriador, this one has been printed on my mind the most. Finally, I have found somewhere I can recover. The very air of this place breathes healing back into me. My mind is clearer now than ever before.

Slowly, things are returning to normal. The cloud has lifted from my mind, and now I must heal my body also. When I heard the elves of Rivendell may be able to help, it was an easy choice to begin this journey. We are nearly there as I write this. Saeldith says she can help me find the hidden valley.
