A new beginning

Dem sat Oser down; Rosie was with Egfor. What kept going through her mind was how do I ask him to be assigned to another doctor. But she couldn’t think of a way that wouldn’t force her to explain. She stared at her hands.

“Oser, I have done everything to rid you of the controls your old owner had over you. At least we got rid of the ones that were the most dangerous.”

Oser nodded. “Aye. And you know I have appreciated all you have done for me. But—”

Chrysanthe hums. "Well.... there is an odd story.." She trails of trying to gain Tae's interest...not that the story would be true but the Gondorian lad probably wouldn't know better...not like he would ask Rae. Chrysanthe grins and hums. "Well....there was this one time we traveled to the burrows." She speaks a bit louder to see if anyone else in the room was listening. "We were off to collect herbs and we had to go to one of the bigger burrows.

An odd request on a Fox's black wings.

Chrysanthe was sitting at her desk, feather pin at hand, her fingers dragged the thick black ink along the page to check a box here and then and then to add the numbers. She look beside her at the bag of gold, a sigh leaving her chapped lips as the amounts of coin and numbers in black ink were not the same. Someone was stealing the gold from the inn. She would have to store it better. Goldy walked in with some of the laundry for the day and gave the younger fire haired hobbit a smile. "Morning Miss Chrysanthemum!" She whistled a tune as she walked past and into the rooms.

Diary

I have not written anything in form of logs in some time. I have not had a chance to nor had I the heart. Too many things have happened of late that I would rather not go through again. I had to walk with Raevenhart, my mentor, to watch a trial for Aallan, a friend of ours. I know the story of what happened, I know his guilt is strong the murder was not caused by him...but what is done is done. I will keep a lock on my lips. I decided afterwards to limit my time in Bree. I have a daughter now, I will not put myself in the way of harm because both Rae and I need to be here for her.

Justice and maddness

Madness, madness and yet more madness. I would rather be bent over a log by a mad bear then have to deal with those in the town of Bree. Today my husband went with a group to protest the mistreatment of children, women, and ordinary people. From what I heard and saw I was sickened, not that I wasn't already sick from dealing with a corpse for healing purposes but this made me sick much differently.

Liars and Killers of the Heart

Aukusti had stepped into the Pony with heavy footsteps, rubbing his shoulder. His body had become sore due to his work. He began to step forward but stopped as he saw the two by the barrel, recognizing them to be Ithelion and Raven...much more closer than what Ithelion had implied in his letter. Ithelion looked toward the door, still touching his throat, as he noticed him. Aukusti glanced at Ithelion now with his orange-red eyes, his brow furrowing.

"Auk...," said Ithelion, staring back at him with a surprised look.

Why?

Things had been busy today. Raven got injured and it looked this this...elf maiden was as well as I saw her carried off by someone. Looked like a Haradrim from what I've seen of his hands. Anyways, that had happened.

I saw that Raven seemed well enough to get himself a drink with someone whom I have not met before as I was mopping the floors that were stained with his blood. This lady had helped as well. I wish that I have gotten her name.

A Distant Memory

Story

Kalsak, bedridden from being sick, laid in bed as it were Raven's orders. The smell of pine and lavender wafted into his nose, helping him to relax. He had wondered if Raven was doing okay. He felt as if Raven had things in his mind, causing him to worry. To him, it felt something distracted Raven other than his daughter, though he did not know what. A faint memory had tugged on him of seeing Raven going to the back of the Pony with some...woman that distinctly looked like a Rohirrim. Worry had tugged on his mind, wondering of what would happen between him and Raven.
