The trail of the Greenway Knives leads Atgar into places he would rather avoid. From respectable offices to shady taverns and whispered dealings behind closed curtains, every answer carries a price. Yet he remains determined to follow the bandits' trail wherever it may lead—and with it, the hope of recovering what was stolen.

With the truth uncovered in the hills revealing a deeper plot, Atgar journeys to Bree in search of answers. Determined to leave no stone unturned, he will seek clues wherever they may be found - from the Town Hall, to the inns and marketplaces, and even the darker alleys where truth is bought in whispers.

Determined to clear any misunderstanding with the Rangers and uncover who truly lies behind the theft, Atgar sets out with his neighbors to follow the trail into the hills.

Following his efforts to recruit helpers and secure supplies from local farmers, Atgar returns to his new cookshop in Pickdean only to find out it has been robbed.
