Folk were talking, whispering almost confidentially as I passed them at the stables.

“That is Filignil. She was at Numenstaya,” 

“That is their Housekeeper. Why is she in Imladris?”

“So what do you think? Be honest, sister.” Losshell shook me from my daydream with her insistence.

“Hmm…”

I departed Numenstaya but an hour after the Lady, Estarfin and Parnard. I knew where they were heading. I was nigh certain what path they would take. My mare was swift, should speed become an issue, but it was in my mind any threat was still a short time away

The news you sent in your letter greatly surprised me! I would not have left so far from home, indeed, if I knew that I could obtain a position as a courier so close to home. Who learned of it, you or Ada? Whoever it was, I am extremely grateful and I will hurry back west to begin. I think it will take me some time still for me to pack all my things and return.
